He has been director of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo – FIESP and of the Federation of Commerce of the State of São Paulo – FCESP and member of the Board of the Brazilian Textile Industry Association – ABIT. He is currently a member of the Board of IDV – Instituto de Desenvolvimento do Varejo.

Juliana Regina Guerra. Financial manager of the Company since 2014 Graduated in Business Administration with an MBA in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.

Antonio Raimundo Negreiros Conceição, 63 years old, with a degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Salvador. An executive with over 39 years of experience in the fashion retail industry, having held leadership positions in the areas of Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Operations, and Business Management. He has a solid track record in driving operational transformation processes, increasing productivity, reducing costs, and strengthening the supply chain, always with a focus on generating value for the business and improving results. At Inbrands S/A, he has developed expertise in demand planning, inventory management, procurement, distribution, S&OP, continuous improvement, and integration between commercial and operational areas.

Ruy Silva de Oliveira.

Professional with experience in Finance Management, having built a career in the Company, having worked in the areas of Treasury, Internal Audit, Planning, Costs and FP&A. Graduated in Accounting Sciences from Centro Universitário Ítalo Brasileiro with extensions in Statistics from FIA and Controllership from Saint Paul.
